Meet BB Boo — radiant, joyful, and resilient.
BB Boo didn’t start her life with an easy story. She came to us carrying scars, both visible and unseen. Like so many others, she knew hardship far too young. And yet, BB Boo has never let suffering be the end of her story.
Today, she runs, plays, and smiles as if joy is her first language. Every wag of her tail and every spark in her eyes declare a truth louder than words: mercy heals, and love restores.

BB Boo isn’t just a rescue dog. She is a witness of testimony:

Every Ark has a crew — and these are the ones God has entrusted to us in this season. Each carries a story, each shines with a unique light, and together they form the heart of The Shepherd’s Ark.
These animals are not only companions. They are witnesses of testimony: some prophetic, declaring hope by their very presence; some companions, embodying loyalty and constancy; and some living testimonies, whose transformation itself tells the story of mercy.

Together, they remind us that scars don’t end the story — they mark the beginning of transformation. This is the crew of The Shepherd’s Ark: companions in mercy, witnesses of hope, and daily reminders of God’s compassion for all living things.

Each day here is a rhythm of care—walking, feeding, watering, cleaning, resting, and then doing it all again. It doesn’t always look like progress from the outside, but faithfulness isn’t always flashy.The Shepherd’s Ark is being built step by step, one act of mercy at a time. We know this journey is bigger than us, and bigger than these animals alone. But right now, our job is to tend what’s been entrusted into our hands. And in that tending, God is shaping something far greater.

While this page has been quiet, The Shepherd’s Ark has not been still. Behind the scenes, we’ve been working faithfully—caring for our crew, praying over the mission, and preparing the ground for what comes next.
These weeks have been about tending to what’s right in front of us: feeding, walking, cleaning, comforting, and making sure every animal in our care is safe and loved. The work isn’t glamorous, but it is holy. It is in these small, daily acts of mercy that God is shaping the foundation for something much greater.
“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.”

This isn’t just about animals. The Shepherd’s Ark is being built as a testimony—that mercy has a voice, that the voiceless have advocates, and that justice is worth planting even in hard ground.
We’ve been learning to trust the Lord in new ways: waiting for provision, listening for His timing, and surrendering our plans daily. It’s not always easy, but each step confirms that this Ark is His design, not ours.
